Weekly homework is required of each student. It takes an average of four hours per week to complete the reading and essay assignments.

Each student is teamed with a grader who will collect and grade each week’s homework assignment. The grade on the homework is not as important as a reflection of inspiration from the Holy Spirit in your writing, strong scriptural references to support your answers, and an overall reflection that you have a solid understanding of the topic.

To fully benefit from your study at FBI, we recommend that you have the following basic study supplies in addition to your purchased text books:

• A good study Bible, such as the New King James, NIV Study Bible, or the New American Standard. Paraphrased Bibles such as The Living Bible and The Amplified Bible are useful as additional resources only.

• A Strong’s Concordance.

There are many additional reference books available in the church library.

A graduation ceremony and a special reception for graduates and their family members is held each spring.
